An exciting day as we were awarded our Forest School recognition certificate from the Northern Ireland Forest School Association today. Room 11 have engaged in a Nature Ranger Award and all received their certificates this week. Well done boys and girls!
A huge thank you to Mr Kelso for digging more holes on our site and Ms Hutchman and Mrs Watson’s classes who planted a range of small trees that will create our future woodland area.
We all need to work together now to protect and nurture these. Watch out for the little trees near the playground as we don’t have any guards on them yet. 🌿
